I have found a lump, about the size of a small grape, in the right side of my scrotum behind my right testicle. I first thought it was cancer but it is not on either of the testicles and it is not painless. It is on my "tubes" in the scrotum. It does not really give me any trouble so usually I dont notice it until I take a shower or I start to think about it. After a while I will forget about it until I start to think about it again and this is one of those times. I first really started to notice it when I started to check myself for cancer and I started to really worry but then I forgot about it and it was like it was not even there. I have done some reasearch in the past on what it might be and Ive come to the conclusion that it may be a varicocele. It is a little more sensitive than either of my other testicles and I experience some symptoms attributed to a varicocele. I am going to set up an appointment with my doctor to talk to him about it and see what he can tell me. I just want to see what you all might say. Thanks in advance for any imput.

  • I have the same thing on my left nut, and its really no big deal having lived with it for the past decade or so..When I first noticed it, I kept examining it, which made it hurt for a few days and that really freaked me out.. but even a normal nut will hurt for a few days if its "examined" too much..
