I am hoping someone can help me. I am a 34 year old male with chronic testicular pain. My testicles ache pretty much all the time, on a scale of 1 to 10, the pain would be about a 4 or 5. When I get "infections, the pain can shoot up to a 7 or 8, along with lower right back pain which at 10. I do have unrinary problems - pee too much, urge to go is strong, etc. I've had this problem with no solution for 5 years. I've been to many urologist and have been diagnosed with prostatitis, enlarged prostate, etc. They've done a variety of test, urinalysis, the whole camera who there to check me out. Nothing has really shown anything conclusive. They take my blood to do the cancer test, but its always fine. Doctors have prescribed many different medications, none of which have helped at all.
Recently, along with my testicular pain, I've been experiencing pain in my neck on the right side where my lymph node is. Could this also be part of my problem?
