Testicular pain

About 30 minutes ago I was in my English class, and I experienced fairly severe testicular pain in my left testicle. I've never felt it before, and it only happened 3-4 times (about 1 second of pain) about 2-3 minutes between each burst.

I know about testicular torsions, and as I was in my class I was almost sure that was what was happening, but I haven't felt the pain again since then, so now I don't really think its that.

Over the last week, I've felt this kind of weird feeling in my right testicle. It feels like at the bottom of the testicle there is a slight twitch or something. It's not really pain, it's just a weird feeling. I don't really notice it too much unless I'm just sitting down doing nothing or going to sleep.

I'm wondering if its worth going to the emergency room or something. I haven't had any nausea or vomiting (except the fact that thinking about something like this usually makes me nauseous :P). I feel good minus those pains and I don't think my testicles look abnormal.

Any advice would be appreciated. I have classes and lab later today (just skipped one to check things out), and I would rather not miss those.

Should I just play it by ear and see if it comes back? Torsions would cause pretty much constant pain, right?
