i am a 16 year old male, and recentley (as in about 2 weeks ago), began having testicular pain in my right testicle (dull, but not tender), along with radiating pain in my right leg and at time lower right abdomen, i had a testicular torsion in my left testicle when i was younger, but they only secured one testicle. I went to the emergency room about 2 weeks ago, because I was afraid it was another torsion, they did an ultrasound, and said that it was not a torsion, and the blood flow was good, then about 4 days later, i found myself back in the ER because the pain got worse, they did an ultrasound again, but still nothing wrong (except for a cyst on my left testicle, which is not problematic), they were quick to diagnose epididymitis (although not subscribing antibiotics), and told me to make an appointment with the primary doctor. He said it was not epidymitis, but didn't offer any other explanation. Although i'm not worried its anything life threatening, it is still worrysome, because i know that somethings wrong. If it was an injury the pain would have subsided by now, and i assumed had it been a tumor or something else, it would have been detected on the ultrasound. Any ideas?

  • Well, I know that kidney stones passing out would cause pain in one of the testicles, groin and back but you seem young for a kidney stone and I suppose an ultrasound would spot it.
