Hi, I'm a 21 year old male and have had persistent symptoms after having sexual intercourse 3 years ago. I have seen multiple doctors and they just refer me to someone else. All of these symptoms arose 2 weeks after intercourse. I know a lot of them sound like they are not sexually related but after living 3 years with them I am fairly certain they are related. For one, they all get worse at the same time (I have periods where everything gets really bad) as well as they generally all arose at the same time. Here are my symptoms:

Symptoms that come and go (in short periods)
-Red bumps on penis head
-Redness, itchiness, and "flaring" on penis head and scrotum
-Rash on the inside of my butt cheeks

Symptoms that are constant
-Uncomfortableness on the head of penis
-Uncomfortableness urinating
-Pre-mature ejaculating
-Discolouration of penis head
-Depression
-Erectile dysfunction
-Loss of sex drive

Complicated symptoms (constant)
-Can easily feel blood pressure throughout my body. I can easily feel my heart beat just sitting down and it feels like it is pounding out of my chest (like the seen from alien when you see the chest start to pound up and down). Also, when I put pressure on a body part, I can easily feel my blood pressure. For example, when I lie down to go to bed I can feel and hear my blood pumping through my ear and makes it almost impossible to sleep.
-Muscle "shakyness" (tremors) almost like parkinson's disease. When straining muscles i get uncontrollable tremors that can simply be caused by smiling. The shaking gets worse the harder my muscles are used. For example after working out my legs at the gym I can hardly walk without looking like I have Parkinson's.

Have tried cures for traditional STDs but nothing has worked. Strong anti-fungal has reduced the rash in my butt but will not completely rid of it no matter how long I apply cream for. A dermatologist said It looks like the rash is some sort of fungal issue, but I am not sure if it is related to the penile/scrotum problems. I am running out of options, and need help. Thanks for taking the time to read this

  • At a guess, I would say the issues may be multifactorial; the dermatological issues (such as the rash, etc.) may very well respond to the regular application of a first rate penis nutrient cream (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil); you want to use one that includes both a quality emollient (such as shea butter) and a powerful antioxidant (alpha lipoic acid is good). For the other issues, such as erectile dysfunction, muscle shakiness, etc., I can only advise continuing to see a doctor
