Hi, for about a week or so I have been experiencing some uncomfortable moderate pain in my right testicle. It sometimes feels like a small pressure in one of the vessels leading to the testicle. The pain seems to radiate upward into the lower abdominal area and sometimes the inner thigh. I have checked for hernias, did a self check for bumps on testicles and there were none. I am sexually active and sometimes masturbate on occasion. Does anyone know what this could possibly be? I'm worried it could be something serious or just inflammation.

A little about myself:

I am a 22 year old male, 126lbs. I drink about 200ml of 35% alcohol a day or less. (Rum) (Equivalent to around 4-6 beers). I as well chew, around 1 can every 4-5 days. I was a chronic ibuprofen user for over 3 years, taking on average 1000-1600mg of Ibuprofen a day. I am part Czech and white non Hispanic. I have no allergies, suffer from at least 2-3 headaches/migraines a month. I have since cut back to completely stopped my ibuprofen usage. If you guys need anymore information just ask and will supply what I can.
