So, I had unprotected sex with a girl that I've dated off and on for a year. This happened about a week and a half ago. About four or five days afterwards I started itching. Mainly my penis shaft and the pubic hair above it closer to my waist line. Before the sex I had trimmed by penis shaft, testicles, and pubic hair from the base all the way up to my belly button. I used an electric beard trimmer. I've done this frequently over the years. I didn't trim it all the way down, but pretty close in some spots. So, I thought the itching was from that. Well, along this same time I came down with a cold. Runny nose, coughing, weak, etc - And, at night I would get cold sweats especially in my groin area. Well, the itching continued off and on... it was never sever like I had poison oak rash or something... just off and on would itch.
About three days later I'm still sick but noticed a few red spots in my pubic hair from the base up toward my belly button. And, a little red weird bump looking thing on the shaft of the penis. Well, I started squeezing that. Blood came out. I squeezed a few other suspect looking places on the shaft and blood came out and sometimes clear stuff. Other times it would be a hard white thing almost like when squeezing a white head on your face.
I've been told by a doctor that most herpes infections won't start in your pubic hair. But, I've read otherwise online. I've taken a picture of my penis shaft. It's graphic due to the fact that the bloody looking lesions are from where I squeezed them and made them bleed. But, the others are like clear bumps forming on the shaft. Can anybody here from experience tell me if it looks like herpes?
Here is another picture. This is taken above the base of the penis going up toward my belly button. You can see a few little rash/red little bumps scattered around.
They only started hurting after I squeezed on them and they formed scabs.
