some one help!! im desperate!!

I am a 20 year old female who has alwasy been health and had normal periods. but i now havnt had a period since last august. Doctores have also diagnosed that something is wroing with my uterus. it is alwasy swollen and painful. it even hurts to sit sometimes cuae i can feel in up inside there. anways, ive had biopses done, a laporoscopy done and doctore then saw i had tons of adhesions. my blood tests are out of wack and even the most strongest anitbiotics wont working(thinking i had an infection in my uterus). anways, so i was finally put on progesterone to help start my periods and that didnt work eaither!! and my uterus pain is still here!! and this has been going on since last august!! so long story short----uterus pains and no periods for 8 months now----and medical bills later---i still have no answers...any suggestions? please.,,, any adives will do!!

  • Have a doctor ever gone into your uterus and scraped it called dilitation and curettage? (perhaps an abortion?)You don't have to respond on here if you don't want, but there is a condition called Asherman's Syndrome that can develop adhesions because of such a procedure.Some other differential diagnoses your doctor may have tried:pituitary gland disorder, thyroid, systemic disorders (kidney failure, liver, diabetes), medications your are taking, head trauma. Most of these can be tested with blood tests.I assume they are checking for endometriosis and or Pelvic Inflammatory disease.
