About 2 months ago a small lump appeared in my scrotum. It is about the size of a pea, and it is not free-floating (i.e. - it feels firmly attached to the inside of the skin sac). When it first appeared, it was quite tender. Now there is no feeling in it. Just wondering if it could be cancer or a benign tumor or something, and if I should be concerned about it. Thanks.
