Slight, dull pain in testicles

Ok, for the last few days I have noticed a slight pain in my testicles that sometimes only lasts an hour, however, today the pain has lasted ALL day. I've also kind of been stressing over it today too as its the first time I've actually thought it could be something serious.

I feel completely fine other than the fact that my balls hurt a little. I'm thinking it might be Epididymitis? Has anyone else dealt with this before? Is there anything over-the-counter I can take to make the pain go away.

Its NOT an excruciating pain or anything. Very slight, dull, constant ache. Should I be worried???

  • Also, how does a doctor check for epididymitis???I'm totally ok with an ultrasound or whatever, I just don't see a doctor sticking anything "in there" in my future. It would most likely be over my dead body. Thanks!
