I am circumsized. By habit I guess I scratched it quite a bit when i was young, especially in the shower. It left very tiny holes. I got frustrated when a girlfriend of mine asked me about it and I told her i'd get it checked out. I went to a doctor he said nothing to much, don't worry about it, nothing can be done. Stupid me I decided if i injured it it would heal. So i used my shaver pressed ******n those areas with tiny holes that were maybe a few mm's. Anyways, it bled and scabs formed. A day later my girlfriend was over I she was mad at me that I wouldn't have sex. So I put on a condom. After the sex the scabs were gone and never healed leaving larger holes ranging in size from mm-cm. Its really depressing, its been over a year, and I can't beleive I did that. I am determined to have the skin repaired. I have never heard of any plastic surgeons who have and can do this. I am not going back to the doctor to hear him say why did you do that and there's nothing I can do. Please, if there is an angel of mercy out there solve this one for me. God bless anyone who puts me in the right direction and solves this for me : )

  • How many tiny holes were there and could they have been bumps? You mentioned scratching, were they scars?

  • Hi Lovetree,I suppose the surgeons who would be most expert in reconstruction of damaged genitals would be those operating on adult intersexed and the transsexed. Many intersexed people had their genitals terribly disfigured through interferrence from surgeons when they were born. Many now having penis re/construction. You may like to get in contact with an organisation or two that deal with intersexed or transsexed. Explain your situtaion and ask if they could put you onto a good surgeon; tell them you were advised by a FTM transsexual that they should know of someone competent, and they will as there are hundreds of surgeons now performing such operations worldwide. You just need to go the right people to make sure you get soemone who cares about their work and most important, cares about you.All the best,Agape, searchingsam.

  • I tried being celibate. Didn't work it won't heal its been almost a year. I wish time healed it but it hasn't. The skin hasnt grown back and won't because there is nothing, no scab or tissue forming on it.I was cicumsized when I was born. The problem was that I scratched my penis from when I was really young..a stupid habit when no one was around in the end little tiny holes formed. My girlfriend noticed and I went to a doctor who said it was nothing and nothing could be done. I went home shaved it and pressed the shaver against the tiny holes thinking if they bled and formed scabs they would heal. I was so stupid and now i'm completely ashamed and wish badly to have it repaired. I'm deperately hoping someone will lead me in the right direction to having this repaired and helping me move on with my life. God bless all of you kind amazing people who reply to me. There are about 20 holes with about 2-5 large ones. There are a few scars too but its mostly tares a holes..i never realized that the skin on a penis was so fragile and that it doesn't regrow like on your arm or leg. I wish i knew what the solution to it was. I tried waiting a few months it just wont heal. I have holes/tares in the skin and it looks really bad. I don't know how i could have been so stupid to press my shaver against it so hard. It was almost a year ago and I wish i could go back to that moment and have stopped myself. I will reply to all posting. God bless you all in my journey to solve this.

  • You need to go to a doctor. Here's the thing though, many doctors are *******s. Don't let him or her give you any crap. Remember THE DOCTOR IS WORKING FOR YOU! You are the boss. I'd recommend a dermatologist. You don't need surgery. A steroid cream will most likely do the trick. You don't have to tell the doctor about the shaver. Good luck. Remember, you don't have to take the doctor's attitude!!!
