I have been on the pill for just over a year now and I have been skipping my period pretty much all this time by skipping the sugar pills. Recently my boyfriend and I started having sex without a condom and only relying on the pill for contraception. It's my first experience of having sex without the condom (I'm 27) and I am a bit freaked out so I would like to do occasional pregnancy tests just in case. As I don't have my period I wouldn't even know if I'm late or not. After going thru some pregnancy tests at the shops yesterday I noticed they all tell you to test within a few days before your period is due or after you're late etc. where does that put me? Would a test still be reliable in my case? And is there a test available that doesn't concentrate on your period and when you are due?
I would appreciate any help!
