Red spots/pimples and inflammation on upper thighs

I had sex a couple of days ago.

Last night in the shower I noticed that I have two sections of red spots and pimple type things on my upper thighs on either sides of my groin, there is nothing on my penis. They do not really itch. It seems like there are hairs coming out of the spots where the few small pus pimples have formed and from the red spots. Most of the red spots have not formed a pimple, but are just a small red spot where the hair comes out.

Do you think this is an STD or is it just some type of rash?
