I cant remmember how long I have had these red spots but no less then a year,

They come and go, some times i wont have em for months and and then they pop up, it can last from 3 days to a few weeks

they are about 1 - 2 mm in size, red round, a bit raised and flat they look shiney.
if say i dont take a shower for a day white stuff showes up on the bumps but it is removed easy by touch,

theres no pain to them, but lately iv been getting an itch and a tingle now and then, some times its 1-3 spots some times its its 5-10, i am uncyrcumsized and the latest time they showed up i had a few on the inside of the foreskin. and lately i have been getting just the slightest bit of clear discharge from the urithra, and it only happened for about 10 mins while i was at work, went to restroom whiped up and no more after that

at first i thought it was hurpies but there is never any pain or scabing, and i looked at photos of hurpies online and my dots do not look the same no pus filled welts or anything. i know i wont know unless i go take a real test but. maybe some one knows what they coud be, i can post close up pics if needed.

I am sexualy active and am woried about this, so iv been avoiding sex as much as i could for the past few weeks with my partner.
hope some one knows what this is

  • The glans is suppose to be kept internal and glide along mucousal skin of the foreskin or vagina during sexual activity. If you are intact you may just not be producing enough lube, usually adding saliva is all that would be needed. If you are circumcised you really should be using some type of lubricant, for the most pleasure and for the long term health/sensitivity of the glans... if you started using lubricant now you may notice the red areas being extra sensitive since the area was damaged.
