red marks on shaft, head & under foreskin

I went to see my doc the other day to get checked out for some small (size of a pins flat top) red marks on my penis. They were at the time only 2, which were healing, and he couldn't see a problem. He asked me if any other symptoms (not any) & if i'd slept with anyone 'foreign' (!!) which i've not. He said probably nothing but if I was worried about my past unprotected encounters to goto the sexual health clinic...

But anyway,
I've had quite a few of these marks all over the penis for about 8months now, most of which have now healed, the go away sometimes leaving slightly slighter skin. So I thought OK thats fine, but this morning I have a new red one under my foreskin. They all started after my ex ex left me, i swear my brain was feeling ***t so my ***k was made to feel ***t aswell!

Any suggestions on what to do? I moisturise now every morning, and that has helped a lot, but so annoyed because of this new one. They arn't raised, they don't leak, the just go red & look irritated then after a while go away sometimes leaving a white patch of lighter skin where its healed.

Big thanks
