I have had pain off and on in my left testicle for over a year. When it first occurred I was concerned about testicular cancer and got an ultrasound which came back clear. It eventually went away but came back off and on usually for a week or two at a time and has been back now for about a week.
There are no lumps, it is not red or swollen, and I do not have a fever. There is nothing unusual about my urine or semen. It is usually in my left testicle but occasionally in both. It also seems to go down the matching leg.
So far a hernia has been ruled out. My friends don't think I have testicular cancer, as it was clear when I got my ultrasound a year ago and the symptoms are the same now as they were then.
Two of my friends think I have epididymitis but I would appreciate more opinions.
