I recently underwent surgery for repair of a rectal-vaginal fistula. After 5 weeks of healing and no symptoms 2 days ago I started passing gas via my vagina. The doctor examined me and said the fistula was healed but I had something called a "sinus tract with an abscess" that he "opened up" and hopefully it will heal on its own. I do not understand this... All I know is I am passing gas from my vagina, no feces just ALOT of air, WHY? will it stop??Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
