I have been dealing with a recurrent vaginal yeast infection ever since my son was born 4 months ago. I've started on a regimen of boric acid, and have been taking probiotics orally. My question is this: can you use a probiotic capsule vaginally? I've have Jarrowdophilous, which include acidophilous along with a few other strains. Would these be okay? Or should I get something that is straight acidophilous. Are there strains that could be bad for you vaginally?
