Possibly wrong diagnosis?!

Ok I'll start from the beginning.

Around march I developed something (of which I still don't know what it was) from possibly unprotected sex I had a week before hand.

The tip of my penis was slightly pink, I don't want to say red because it wasn't that inflamed, and I had some discharge and it was painful to wee.

I went to my doctor and he desribed it as a UTI, gave me a course of pills and cream, but told me to get checked out to be safe.

That didn't help much, before before the week was up I went to a clinic to get tested for everything, she also offered some other tablets that clear up most STI's

A week later I get my results, and they all come back negative except herpes, which she said takes more time to diagnose.

About 4 days after this the pain had stopped, but the slight pinkness still remains.

I got a call 4 weeks after my last visit, reminding me about my second Hep jab, and I aslo enquired about my herpes results, she said they came back negative.

Still though, to this day, I have a slightly enlarged pink tip to my penis, no pain peeing since, no blisters or bumps ever, but I'm still worried it might be herpes.

I'll be 100% honest, I don't feel I've been as clean down there as I should have been, I have picked up a lot now though, could generally unclenliness have caused any of this?

Any replys most welcome
