Hi, what I have is, well, I think it's pretty weird to be honest. I've never read anything like it on the Internet, or heard of it before. I'll go into detail...
I had mild phimosis until about six months ago, when I was finally able to retract my foreskin when flaccid and erect, thanks to stretching excercises. The glans was sensitive and had quite a bit of smegma, which I expected, and I started very softly cleaning it every day. As the smegma washed off after a while, and the sensitivity dulled down, I saw I have these white dot things around the, I suppose you'd call it the rim of my glans. As I said, I've been washing it every day, and can get quite forceful and scrub pretty hard with a wash cloth.
It's really annoying me, I hops someone can help, because I'm not particularly interested in going to see a doctor.
Oh, and don't ask for pictures, cus I can't and won't provide any.
