  • Are you really sure that you are correctly identifying things? The glans is the ***b end, with the hole, through which you urinate or ejaculate. For a natural, uncircumcised penis, the foreskin can often completely cover the glans and I remember, as a child, that my mother would take care, when helping bath me, to try and ease the foreskin back more and more down the shaft, so that eventually the whole of the glans was exposed and the area around it became easier to keep clean. It did seem as if this was never going to become possible without pain, but by about age 10 it was OK. I therefore wonder whether, with all due respect you might have a similar situation, which has just taken longer to not stretch itself to a more convenient arrangement. I suggest you discuss it with your doctor, anyway. Don't be embarrassed, he has one too and has probably seen many difficulties like you are experiencing.
