I have the foreskin redness shown on the picture, for a month now.I am 25 y.o. unicircumcized, sexually active.I visited my urologist 3 times, and 2 different dermatologists 3 times all said to me that it's not anything bad, but i have a discomfort on my penis(especially on foreskin) and some discomfort to testicles all this time. I was treated with:
-fucicort(cortisone 1 week)
-dactodor(hydrocortisoze 1 week)
-dactarin+terramycin powder(5 days)
I have had the following exams:
-Sperm culture(negative for anything)
-Triplex ultrasound on testicles(negative)
-Prostate examination by the urologist (no signs of anything)

But the problem persists with discomfort, i have asked my urologist about an skin biopsy and he said to me it's not necessery.
I am to visit a 3rd dermatologist, i fear about erythroplasia on penis...
Your opinion?
