I'm 18 years old and I recently started having sex on January 3rd of this year: my boyfriend and I live quite a distance away from each other so we don't get to see each other often but when we do we have sex at least once a night. The first time we ever did it nothing went wrong. I was fine, I went home, everything was good. I came back to his place for another visit, and I started getting what I thought was a bladder infection. It hurt extremely bad to pee, looked murky, and also stank.
By this point it hadn't hurt in my urethra yet. It was deeper. I went to the doctor, got on antibiotics for the bladder infection, and he said I'd be fine in a few days. I wasn't, and I started peeing blood.
My urethra started hurting me so bad I had to go to the emergency room. The doctor there didn't know what to do with me. After hearing the story about the antibiotics and everything he was puzzled because he said I should be fine. So he gave me a check up... where he looks at my vagina and everything and saw that my urethra was inflamed. He suspected it was Urinary Tract Infection that hadn't spread to my bladder yet, but here's the kicker: he never told me what was wrong. He made me take a once ever antibiotic, the orange pee pill, and some vikodin for the pain. He also tested me for STDs but I don't think that's possible because we were both virgins and he used a condom. I also wasted my money on plenty of pregnancy tests just to be safe, and of course they turned up negative.
That night when I got home I started puking all night and couldn't stop and my urethra was in pain I didn't end up falling asleep until 9 AMish.
I started to get better and better, and after a few weeks came to see my boyfriend again. He put it inside of me once again, not even for 5 minutes, then we stopped just because I was scared the pain would happen. Sure enough, it did about an hour later, just not as bad.
I don't know what to do or what it is. If it was a UTI or bladder it should be healed no matter what, I've read sites, books, asked people, and it shouldn't be this long. I've been careful with how I wipe, take showers often to keep myself clean--the last time we did it it was IMMEDIATELY after a shower. I don't get it.
Please, PLEASE. I need some help. It puts me to tears at night because I don't know what to do or what's wrong with me. I'm sorry this is so long, I just figured the more details the more options I could get.
