Ok I am 31 or something like that. I have had multiple surgeries for lots of female issues. The biggest one was 13 severe cases of endometriosis, which ultimately lead to a total hysterectomy when I was just 22 years old. I have been great for several years. Did all my appointments for check ups till about 4 years ago, figured there was no need. Now all the sudden I don't have insurance and won't probably for a couple months, so trips to the doctor have to be for a good reason. Ok so I have so female insides, and about a 3 months ago I started noticing some discomfort when my husband and I had relations, but only where the head of the penis would tough when he was all the way in. I felt like the area was a bit swollen. I cringed in pain and let out a loud cry, not so much because of the pain, but because of the fact that I was instantly frightened, I had only felt that when I had the female organs, somehow my mind clicked right to it in the instant I felt the discomfort. I don't have any other abnormalities, no discharge, and I know from and er test that I do not have any infections of any sort. Since I don't have female organs, I can't figure out what could possible be up there. The discomfort has gradually gotten worse, to the extent that during relations last night, I climbed the headboard and hit my head in the process because there was so much instant pain, double whammy on both ends lol. Yes I can laugh about it now, but I am also truly scared, because these pains are the same as before. But I gave up having any other children to be out of this pain. I gave up a lot to never have this pain again, and now its back. Here are the symptoms, first I notice and my husband with satisfaction of course notices that my vaginal opening is extremely tight, even with lube, all the sudden. There is always discomfort far up to the cervix where the head of the penis hits, the whole head not just the tip. Since having the surgery, its is only natural that when my husband ejaculates it comes right out, but now, it spill out faster then before, I can't even get out of bed until he brings me a towel. And last after intercourse for several hours I will have a lower abdomen pain, kind of like your bladder is full, but really low about too inches from the start of the vagina. I know that my chances of Endo or cancer were greatly reduced when I had everything taken out, but could these be issues again? Or is there something else? Like I said I can't go to the doctor unless it is really needed, and so far, if I don't have intercourse, then I am ok, but that can't go on forever. Plus, I know that once I go they will probably run a lot of costly tests as well, so I was hoping someone on here might have an idea as to what I maybe looking at as possibilities for this issue. I don't want to go into some quack who just wants money and get a wrong diagnosis, I had to deal with many doctors in my young age because I had a lot of medical issues, and it took them 6 years to figure out I had an overflowing amount of gallstones and endo to top it off, both found in a week, with 2 diff surgeries. I know how the run around can be. I would just like some ideas as to what I maybe looking at.
