Opinions Before I Spend Money On a Dr.

So three days ago, my girlfriend and I had unprotected sex, as we have many times in the past. No lube or anything was used, it was kind of unplanned. After that, about two hours or so later, it felt like the inside of the opening of my penis was itching. Of course I didn't scratch it. It also had a bit of a burning sensation to urinate, not to the point of agony, but it was noticeable. I also noticed that the tip of my penis appeared to be the slightest bit red, and a tad teeny bit swollen. I worry about a lot of things, I guess I am a hypochondriac, but I feel this worry is for a good reason. I also noticed that in my testicles, I have a dull-ish ache that is almost...laughable. Like when a man is hit in the testicles not hard enough to hurt but it gives that whole "it almost hurt" feeling. I am un-cicumsized, and as far as noticing a discharge, I haven't seen one myself, but it could be there still? I notice that when I'll "adust" myself in my jeans, it'll hurt the tip, but for some reason after I urinate, I adjust myself and it doesn't hurt. Could this be from the tip of it just being raw? A few days ago I was urinating a lot like crazy, and I did earlier today, but for now it seems to have calmed down a bit. I haven't had a fever or chills or anything, just these symptoms. I also have these bumps on the very back bottom of my tongue, but I get those often, and they are normally in the same spot, so I figured that it was either from spicy food or my tongue hitting my teeth. I don't have a patchy or hairy tongue or anything, and when the bumps do show up, a day and a half and they're gone. As far as the genital area goes, am I doing too much reading on the net and "making" myself have the symptoms, could it be just a bit of rawness, a UTI, Chlamydia, or something else? And is it more than likely cure-able?

  • Hypochondriac or not itching and discomfort in genitals is never normal. Maybe you are hypochondriac and thats causing it but maybe you are just trying to minimize it for the same reason get tested for STDs in one of those free clinics. I know how it is to doubt yourself for thinking you are hypochondriac and its just cuz youre trying so hard to find the answer but many illnesses share the same symptoms therefore it is easy to misinterpret things
