Hi I hope you can help me here
I am a male 26 previously healthy.
I have a number of strange symptoms since I had unprotected vaginal sex with a woman 3 and a half months ago.

Vomited once about 4-5 hours after the encounter and started to feel weaker (as if it was a food poisoning, but haven't eaten 5-6 hours before).

FIRST DAY AFTER:
Felt completely exosted and complete loss of appetite.

4 DAYS AFTER:
was able to eat a first decent meal.

10-15 DAYS AFTER:
red random shape irritated skin patches appeared on the penis - doctor diagnosed with balanitis and precribed cream (Decoderm) - 2 days later irritation was gone. But severe pain in the left testicle started

1.5 MONTHS:
TESTED NEGATIVE for HIV, Siphilis, clamidia and gonnorea (urine and uretra swab) and trich.
JUST IN CASE TOOK DOXYCYCLINE FOR TWO WEEKS.

NOW:
My throat is a bit sore, and my nose keeps getting irritated (skin on the inside). From time to time I feel bareable but uncomfortable pain in my muscles (arms. legs, neck(rarely)). About once or twice a day I feel weird not sharp yet annoying pain in my testicles, especially the left one. Also, approximately where the prostate is I feel sudden pain of the same type and also from time to time. I can still function normally, but get tired faster and do not have a general healthy feeling anymore.

INTERESTING NOTE:
THE STUFF THAT NOW COMES OUT FROM MY NOSE WHEN I SNEEZE IS SIMILAR BUT NOT THE SAME AS FROM TIPICAL FLU. IT'S HAS SOME TRANSPARANT, JELLY-LIKE STRUCTURE.
MY SPERM since about 1 month after the incident ALSO HAS THIS TRANSPARANT, JELLY-LIKE STRUCTURE BITS. THE SIMILARITY IS TRULY UNMISTAKABLE!

COULD THIS BE GONNOREA THAT HAS ALREADY SPREAD? ANY OTHER INFECTION? (E.G.E-COLI, STALPH...)
WHAT ELSE COULD THIS BE?
please advice me

thanks
