so back in april of this year my husband gets these bumps in his legs and they really hurt him. so he goes to the dermatologist. the dr said those bumps are called a long winded word lol. anywho... the dr said it can just come out of nowhere, stress or bc of an infection. so the dr ran some labs. about a week later my husband gets a phone call. i can tell it isnt good. once he's off the phone he tells me he has tested positive for chlymidia. i flipped bc a month before i got tested and came back negative for every STD. so i had him get re-tested with his dr and we even went to the health dept. and got tested. I still came back negative for everything and he still came back positive for chlymidia. he swears up and down he didnt cheat on me and that he has no clue how this happened.

now this is an added part. last year i did test positive for chlymidia and i got treated for it. my husband was deployed at the time so i called him and told him to get tested for it. he said he did and he said he came back negative but he still got treated for it bc i had it. so u figured both of us are clear after that point. I also know for sure i didnt give it to him bc i wouldnt have been able to give birth to my daughter vaginally if i had any kind of problem down there.

so really... how can this be explained?

Chlamydia is an STD, plain and simple! That is in and of itself, self-explanatory. You say he was "deployed?" I say go find a specialist (Urologist and or GYN), who can better explain this to you both, and perhaps find an aggressive treatment to eradicate this situation before it gets worse! And worse it will get if you don't take care of this ASAP!Look, here is a link I found from the CDC. Take a look, maybe it will help you get some facts to ease or help your anxiety. The best medicine is to be armed with information so that when you go to a doctor, you both will have the correct information in case... (and unfortunately since this type of STD can be very common I'm afraid, doctors sometimes just shrug it off and take the easy road instead of aggressively treating it appropriately), you feel like you're not getting the appropriate attention this type of infection needs.Sorry for your situation.
