My Fallice is numb

As i'm behind a school internet system, i can't write the word 'pen!s' (the exclamation mark is an I), or else it'll get filtered by the technicians. Therefore, i'll call it 'P' from now on.

My problem is that the head of my 'P' is numb. It is numb only at the top of the head, and a little bit around the hole.

The problem started about 2 months ago.

One day my 'P' was fine, the next day it was numb (back then, it was numb around the shaft too, but now it isn't - it also was swollen for about 2 weeks before i got the feeling back in the shaft). However, the head has remained numb.

The numbness has occurred after a possibility of two things:

1. I used warming lubricant for masturbation... and i failed to wash it off for the next 24-30 hours (i was travelling on the plane). The brand is 'astroglide warming lubricant'. Perhaps the warming sensation that it invokes has caused my nerves to go into paralysis?

2. When i had my first shower (having got off the plane) I think my 'P' may have been damaged.. somehow.. i masturbated in the shower (pointing the shower head at my penis at very high pressure - my P felt strange afterwards). And yes, i'm too embarrassed to go to a physician about this.
However, i have gone to a doctor about it (without telling him what i think it might be because of), and i have been taking Methycobal 500 since then (for about 1.5 months).

Can anyone tell me what's wrong with penis? Have i damaged it permanently? It's not so much numb (like i can still feel sensations) but masturbating/doing it is not the same AT ALL. It's as if the s3xual sensations have just disappeared... i get no pleasure from the top of my head (whereas before, that was one of the best parts about s3x). I'm really frustrated. Please help!!!

Thanks

(PLEASE USE 'P' IN PLACE OF THE WORD PEN!S SO I CAN VIEW THIS THREAD LATER ON)

  • Yes, the nerves are damaged by the warming stuff. The shower may have pushed some of it into the tube as well. It will take very long to heal, and there is nothing the doctors can do. Meanwhile try different methods of st!mulation. Use only safe, natural lubr!cant. The skin there is specialised and vulnerable. It can be intense as well as safe. The top is more pressure sensitive than touch sensitive anyway. Cup your palm over it and gyrate? You will learn.:D

  • So how long are we talking here?!Can i also say that my nob is only numb on the right hand side... and the left hand side is fine! how weird... the difference is quite striking! It's probably becuase my nob is bent to the left slightly... therefore in the shower, it was the right hand side of my head that was exposed to the high pressure

  • Dam that sucks. So how long are we talking here?! And i think you're right... it's a combination of the lube and shower pressure... BUT, for some reason, the left hand side of my head is fine... feels normal. It's only the middle/right hand side of my head that feels numbish. This is probably because my nob is slightly bent to the left eh? That way, only the left was exposed full on to the pressure... and btw, if it IS the lube... can i sue? On the bottle, the directions do not mention washing it off afterwards.

And also, i've been taking methycobal 500... apparently it promotes nerve health and growth. Surely that's something doctors can do?

  • Don't know how long, 10 years? Ask a lawyer about sueing - I'm in ZA, don't know your situ. Also ask a urologist for info about the skin there, or other possible causes. But I'm fairly sure it was that. From the shower it would have recovered by now.

  • Astroglide is a hyperosmotic solution, meaning it has a lot of ions and draws water away from the skin. This can damage the tissues if left on for too long. My guess is that it shouldn't be left on for more than a couple hours. I think your nerves will regenerate, but it will take time.
