I have been experiencing discharge and odor for two months now. Havn't been to the doctor becuase I am waiting for insurance to kick in. The discharge is white. But recently I have had some very severe lower back and abdomen pain. My Last period was torturous. I am not due for my period for another two weeks so I know its not cramps, but it sure feels very similar. Usually I get cramps about an hour before I get my Period and it has not come yet so I know it is not an early period.
Helpful information. I have been with the same partner for two years
2 1/2 years ago i was treated for chlamydia and Bacteria vaginitis.

  • It sounds suspicious for an STD or pelvic inflammatory. I would not wait around for the insurance to kick in. Planned Parenthood has a sliding payment scale for examinations and pap smears based on your income and ability to pay. I would call and make an appointment right away. Certain infections can permanently affect your fertility.

  • You probably never totally cleared of the STD. Your county health department will treat you and your partners for free.
