Hi I have been with my girlfriend for a year now. I just recently cheated and used protection but the other girl gave me un protected oral sex. Ever since then whenever my girl friend gives me oral sex she gets mouth ulcers the next day that go away about a day later. This happens every time and it started immediatly after I cheated. Is this HIV???? If not then what could it be???

  • not HIV this time. i am assuming you are pretty young? forgive me if i am wrong. when i was younger i had a lot of risky sex, and by the grace of god i did not get hepatitis or hiv. it is not b/c i was careful. i am no different from anyone else. i think the majority of us think aw it won't happen... and if it is a decision you have to make while you are feeling the way you do when you're going to have sex-it is usually ok do it and think after. except you can't go back. i did get herpes at a young age. it is not a death sentence but i would rather not have it- ya know. try to have a plan always... how can you get out of those situations so you don't respond to what feels good, instead you can bolt...for a cold shower. i am fairly sure you feel guilty and ashamed. well you should... .i'm kidding. many people have herpes and never show symptoms. and this may be a condition she already had. so give yourself a little break. chalk it up to experience and learn from it . i am sure she will be fine.

  • It is only assumed that you are young, or young at heart maybe. Tell her my God, the two of you need to get to a doctor yesterday. If this was something she had already then she should have told you if this was something you got from cheating on her well, she needs to know. I know it's not easy to bring up or talk about with your girlfriend, but my God you checked decent at the door when you cheated, now do the decent thing. You can not, not tell her. If she cheated on you and possibly gave you something that will change the rest of your life, you'd be pretty mad if she just left it without saying a word.. Please don't be a coward some of the simplest things can kill if left long enough.concerned friend

  • You could first have yourself checked and see if you have an STD. If you don't have it, you couldn't have transmitted it to your girlfriend.
