Made a bad mistake. Visited a friend in Thailand. He lives in a smaller city. He showed me around and we went drinking. Later in the night he took me to a small place with some girls. Anyway, I ended up going into a small room with a girl. I noticed she sniffed something before the sex, so probably a drug user. Condom broke and it took me about thirty seconds to notice and then pulled out.
Anyway, exactly 7 days later I woke up with a sore throat and a slight fever. By the next morning I noticed one swollen lymph node under my left armpit. It was the size of a lima bean. There was another one also under my left armpit but far smaller. At this point I went "Oh nooooo".
Then 2 days later (today) A small row of rash marks (5 marks) appeared on my inner forearm.
Basically I have to say I think I would have to be considered as being very likely to have contracted the virus.
I guess I should wait 30 days for the first test? If found positive is getting placed on medication earler any benefit.
I have a close female friend who has always wanted to have a relationship with me. She has been very supportive for the last two days and has even said she would stay with me no matter what.
Still I feel so low at the moment. I work in an Asian country and I am also worried about how anonymous the results are. A positive test may be listed with the government and such and perhaps I would lose my job that I love . :(
