Hi Everyone! Thank you in advance for reading and giving me any input you can. It's greatly appreciated.

Okay, so I am 37 weeks pregnant. I am due in three weeks!

My whole entire pregnancy I have had a yeast infection. The first month I had bacteria Vaginosis which went away after antibodies. I was just never able to knock out the yeast infection.

A few days ago I ran out of panty liners. -Gross I know! So two days without them and constant discharge really irritated my vagina. It became very itchy and irritated. I noticed I had one VERY painful-small white bump. It hurt when I walked and was swollen around the bump. Only one bump though.

I went to the doctor yesterday. She looked at it and said "OH it's definitely herpes. Don't worry 80% of the population have herpes and don't even know. She took a swab and said results would come back in 10+ days and she'll prescribe me medication then. Then she said Oh, and you will need a C-section. Don't want to pass herpes to the baby. See you next week!http://www.herpes-coldsores.com/messageforum/images/smilies/groovin/****.gif and that was it. What the.....

I get it can lay dormant for years, but I don't see how it could just come out like this. I haven't even been sexually active in months due to the yeast infection. I didn't get any flu like symptoms and while it's still there I took an epson salt bath last night and it already looks and feels A LOT better.

I just have a hard time believing it's herpes. I am mortified. I don't want a c-section. I can go into labor anytime and I have to wait 10 days for results? That's crazy. I tried calling another doctor for a "Second opinion" but he won't see me because I am so far along in my pregnancy!

I posted a picture. It's a close up but as you can see on the one lip it's swollen and has a tiny bump.

Please let me know your thoughts! Thanks so much!
