I'm in my 30's and always suffered with my periods but recently they have become unbearable heavy and painful I can't even leave the house for 2 days during my cycle. I have seen a Gynea and had a hysteroscopic exam which shows that I have small fibriods in my uterus which could be the reason for this but my Gynea said that removing them may cause scar tissue and as we are trying for a baby this may stop the egg from implanting.
What can I do until I am lucky enough to become pregnant to help with my periods I can't go on like this any longer it is getting me down and causing distress.
