Help! I’m only 15 (I’ll be 16 in May) and I’m really scared.

Yesterday my boyfriend (he’s 18) and I were fooling around a little, while we were fooling around he placed his fingers inside my vagina and everything was fine (we've done that before). He also placed the tip of his (unprotected) penis on my vagina for a second, but didn't enter (we've never had actual intercourse together). When we were done there was a sharp pain from deep inside my vagina...it hurt so much I could honestly barely walk, I was in tears because of the pain...I've never felt anything more painful in my life before.

I went home and layed down on my bed, and the pain seemed to turn into a dull ache when I was lying still, but whenever I moved the sharp pain returned.
Later on that night the pain seemed to spread up to the sides of my waist (Kind of a cramping feeling, but a bit worse) and then (I don't know if this is related) the right side of my collar bone and the surrounding area hurt. That sharp pain was similar to the one my body was feeling, and it spread up to my neck. I could barely move my head or lie on that side without being in pain, but if I switched to lying on my back for a while I felt fine after a few seconds.

There was a very small (pea-sized) amount of blood in my panties when I checked after fooling around with my boyfriend. There is no chance my boyfriend or I have an STD, as I am still a virgin, and he has only had sex with one other girl and they were both clean virgin’s at the time.

I’ve missed my period this month (March), but because I’m only 15 my period has always been irregular (skipping months, changing days when it starts, etc.) So I’m not sure if pregnancy is something to worry about, but I did urinate more than usual yesterday. Me & my boyfriend are very scared that I could be pregnant…even though we’ve never had actual intercourse, we've been very close before..is it possible that I could have been pregnant before and the fooling around we did yesterday could've harmed the baby? Miscarriage?

I've tried taking these pills (Pamprin) that are supposed to help with menstrual cramps and bloating, nausea, etc. They helped for a short amount of time and then wore off. I slept with a heating pad on my stomach/vagina area; it seemed to calm down the pain.

Now that it’s the next morning, I feel a bit better, the sharp pain is mostly gone, but it has been replaced by a dull ache that is rather distracting. My waist/collar bone still feel cramped up and painful though. My nipples are also a tiny bit sore, but they have always been sensitive so I think it's normal.

Please help! I’m very young and very scared… :( :( :(

  • Hello there, don't panic sweetie, you don't sound pregnant to me :) How ever, I'm no doctor so I suggest a few pregnacey tests, and if you're still unsure go see your GP.The pain thing kinda sounds like really extreme period pains (sometimes my whole body cramps up like you just described). And the small amount of blood you mentioned os probably just a period, after all, you are young and you're body's still trying to mature so weird things will happen. If you don't wanna take my word for it, go see your GP again and they'll tell you what you can do :)Hope I helped :)

  • This might sound really weird, but I was wondering if maybe it could be a pain due to fooling around. You know how guys say that they get a pain when they reach a certain point and don't really get to let it go. Do you think possibly you worked yourself up to a point where you had a little pain due to excitement? I am not sure if anyone else has experienced this, but there have been times that I have had some pain brought on by excitement and no release. Hopefully, you feel better by now.
