Hard lumps on scrotum, wondering what they are...

I am 25 years old, and for many years, even before i was sexually active, I've had about 10 lumps on my scrotum. They range in size, and are as hard as rocks. They don't change in number, and the size doesn't ever change. They don't hurt at all, but I do experience occasional pain around my testicles. The pain can come in short spurts, or last for a good day. I'm just wondering what the lumps could be, and if the occasional pain has something to do with them?

  • the testicle pain might be unrelated to the bumps, if the bumps are just present on the dermis of the scrotum, if the bumps are in the actual testicles it might be something more serious.i had the same problem and i went to the doctor iv had those little bumps in the scrotum very small and very hard but never bother tjose bumps are very normal in men according to the doctor. :D
