Grey area on labia majora

So, two days ago, I noticed that there was a small red area on my labia majora. The red area was no larger then a pin head and slightly uncomfortable when I walked. The next day, the area had turned grey and slightly white. I've been putting antibacterial cream on it, and it hasn't spread so far. It's still slightly uncomfortable. My idea was that it might be a small tear that got infected that will hopefully go away in a couple of days. However, it's gross and I noticed another pinheaded sized bump right next to the infected area. I'm not sexually active, so it's not an STD. Any ideas?

  • Look up genital ulcers photos and see if that is what it looks like. All the photos are pretty advanced so with you saying that it is pin head sized just reduce the size of the ulcer in your mind. Also, you may want to look at the thread "tears on vagina" I had something similar but I dont remember it being white.
