I am diagnosed with Horner Syndrome and I suspect I get syphilis 20 years ago y done the VDRL test several times in my life and never been positive but I read that the sensibility in late stages is poor, I done this year the FTA-ABS tests I known that this is more sensitive but I read in the web that this test may be false negative in late stages of the disease my Doctor tell me the result is conclusive but I am afraid it is not.....I am so scared to have a seronegative Syphilis (I done an HIV test it was negative and I dont have at the moment risk sitations since 10 years ago)
please answer me!!!
