Hey everyone this is my first time in here. Basically i am 42 years old in good health, but have had erection difficulties for the past 20 years. I have been able to have sex about 25% of the attempts. I have seen a urologist and he tells me that its psycological and not physical. I can get erect but then it goes back down and usually i cant get it back again. The times i have had sex i had to rub my penis on her vagina then it would usually harden up enough to penetrate for a bit then go back down again, some of the times it would harden up enough to complete intercourse. I have tried viagra, and it helps some but i still am not able to stay hard from foreplay to finish. The doctor let me try Penile injections and those seemed to work fine on my own but i have not tried them with a partner yet. Does anyone have any suggestions this is frustrating to the point where it has effected my sex drive and i dont even feel like dating anymore. Thanks i can be emailed at scubaman64200@yahoo.com:confused:

  • i would suggest trying a different brand of pill for your erectile problemsalso seeing a psychologist and talking about your problem might helpthe psychologist might be able to alleviate concerns and help you manage stress during sex if you expierienced erectile dysfuntion early it might have made it hard to relax enough during sex to allow you to make it through the whole "session"
