Endometriosis can cause pain during sexual arousal (not intercourse)?

Hello,
I have endometriosis in the ovaries. I have the "normal" /common pain associated with endometriosis, but... just a few months ago I started to get a different specific pain in my pelvic region (belly), ONLY when I am sexually aroused. The pain becomes much sharper when I am quickly aroused and I never felt this before until now (I'm 25 yo).

This sharp stabbing pain can be caused just by watching a romantic scene (movie) or other by visual stimulation (ex:****) or when I feel something related to love, without touch.
This pain appears to follow a specific path when I'm aroused. Is not widespread pain in the belly.

This pain is not related to intercourse (physical movements), I'm not talking about dyspareunia.
I do not feel this specific pain in my daily life, ONLY when I'm aroused.

Now, I think it could be something related with the nerve responsible for sexual arousal (pudendal nerve??), because Endometriosis infiltrates in nerves and causes pain. I thought it was due to birth pill, but it's not. So, i don't know...

Anyone have any idea what it might be? My theory make sense?
Is there someone with endometriosis (or without endometriosis) feeling the same pain?

This pain is making me crazy. I don't want to have this arousal pain for the rest of my life, because it's like I am forbidden to feel something (feeling = pain). :(

Tks.
