Cystocele/He can't have orgasm

I am 42 and have never had problems with any of my partners with regard to sex and orgasming. After my 3rd child I was diagnosed with a cystocele (dropping of the bladder into the vagina). I don't have insurance, and don't have money to get it fixed.

After the birth of my third child I noticed that my husband seemed to have trouble orgasming when we had sex. He never had problems before, and didn't have a problem during oral sex. We got divorced a year or so after and I attributed it to our relationship ending.

I was then in a relationship with someone for 4 years and he always had trouble orgasming inside of me, but could once in a while. But he also never had a problem with oral sex or masturbation. But he always told me it was his problem.

I am now in a new relationship for around 5 months now. He has been able to have orgasms inside of me, but not often. While talking about sex and positions, he mentioned that it is hard for him to orgasm inside of me. He said he thinks it may be because of our hieght difference and wants to try to find a good position. He is 6'8" and I am 5'3". I didn't say anything to him, but I am wondering now if it is me and my anatomy. I also was recently told I have a tilted uterus.

I am not a bad lover and I know that. I am so upset because I am now realizing that it probably me. I know I am probably stretched out, or have a large vagina because I had three very large babies, all over 10 lbs., and two of them were only 11 months apart.

Has anyone ever heard of such a problem in women who have a cystocele or a tilted uterus. Could this be the cause, and is there anything that can be done about it?

  • I have an incredible amount of medical debt due to my daughter having a heart defect and needing immediate surgery for it. I did not have insurance. My other daughter also had a lot of medical problems. I cannot afford to see a doctor at all.I am just wondering if there are any women out there who have a cystocele or a tilted uterus that have heard of such a thing. Thanks!

  • I just saw this forum as I was searching for information about my recently diagnosed cystocele and thought I would tell you I have a tilted uterus and a cystocele. Tilted uterus will have nothing to do with intercourse, but for what it's worth, my husband has no problems with orgasms. Take some stress off yourself. WOmen have been having babies for centuries and their men could still finish I'm sure.
