Hi, I am 27 years old and have been trying to conceive for the past 8 months. A few years ago, I started spotting just for a day or 2 around ovulation (apparently quite normal and common) but now I will have massively heavy periods (fairly normal for me now) that last for 7 days and then only 2 days later start spotting and this will continue for the next week until I am due to ovulate. So I pretty much just have 2 weeks of bleeding. I have searched and searched but noone else seems to bleed this much. I've had blood tests and ultrasounds and apparently don't have cysts on my ovaries and hormones are normal. Normal Pap smears etc. The only abnormal thing was a heterogeneous uterus that was at the upper limits of normal thickness at 12 mm. So frustrating to be told by doctors that this is just normal for me. Has this happened to anyone else??Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
