Any thoughts or experience with pain in groin during orgasm? I have experienced this left sided groin pain/spasm during ejaculation for over 10-15 years now, I'm 35. I really can't recall how it started but I don't recall any obvious injury to the area. I had one short period of Hematospermia or blood in the ejaculate aprox 4-5 years ago that lasted about 1 week. I have also noticed from time to time I have small dark amber stones mixed with my sperm. I can feel them during my ejaculation moving thru my urethra. They are gen no larger than 1mm maybe 2mm. These stones started after my episode of hematospermia. I think that they may be prostate stones, but I'm not sure. I haven't really discused these complaints with a MD. I did have 2 sperm analysis's to rule out low sperm count as to my wife not getting pregnant. Both came back normal. I have episodes of sciatic nerve. On occasion I take Flexeril, a muscle relaxant to help. I wonder if the pain is a muscle spasm or a narrow passage in the tract for the sperm and as such the resistance of the sperm may be causing the pain. I notice that when I take Flexeril for a few days the pain nearly vanishes. I forgot to mention that I don't have any obvious inguinal hernia either. I have a pretty strong sex drive. I sometimes masturbate 3-4 times a day and other times once every 3-4 days. In general 1-2 times a day is normal. I feel no difference in the pain regardless of the frequency of use, rest or no rest. I also thought that maybe what I am experiencing is retrograde ejaculation, as such the sperm enters back towards my bladder and does not all leave me. On occasion my urine after I ejaculate is cloudy only for one urination. I have no history of UTI or STD. I had my first PSA done a few months ago and the level was fine. I have not had a manual prostate exam yet however. I know the best thing to do is visit a MD/Urologist however I am modest and am still not ready to do so. This is the first time I have posted my complaint. Thanks for your help
