i have been suffering with hugely excessiveamount of discharge for the last year and a half. all tests for stds , bacteriaetc, pap smear, ultrasound are negative, except for recurring yeast infections. The discharge is like the classic bacterial vaginosis discharge, although on mylast clinic visit, I had lots of lactobacilli and no "bad" bacteria, and my ph was between 4.5 and 5, so not suggestive of bacterial vaginosis, butthat's what it looks like.
I was then diagnosed with desquamative inflammatory vaginitis after a biopsyreport showed inflammation and previously I had no lactobacilli. however on my most recent visit there was lactobacilli and no inflammation just the profuse discharge
I did a months worth of treatment with clobetasol and clindamycin, as well asjust a months worth of clindamycin, which made no difference. (for the supposed desquamative inflammatory vaginitis)
Basically, they cannot find ANY infective cause for this massive amount ofdischarge, yet everyone agrees there is a massive amount. I did have anectropion at one point but it is gone now.
Does anyone know of any disorders, skin conditions/secretory problems which may cause this, as all infectiveconditions have been ruled out 10 times over.
please help :(
