Can pelvic pain be a sign of pregnancy?

The title is pretty much my question. Let's say about an hour after sexual intercourse, the female suffers pelvic pain (pain in her pelvis), does that automatically mean shes pregnant?

  • I do not think so I have never heard of this I have however experiance pain after sex and My doctor said it was just that pain after sex some of the tissue in there was irratated. But it coould be something else good luck.

  • Could be a sign of PID caused by an STD or Infection of some sort......Definitely go to your gyno just to be sure.
