Hello,

I meant to post this under "Skin Conditions". Sorry for the error.

I'll start off by saying I'm a 19 year old male, who smokes. I've had a history of Diabetes in my family but I haven't been diagnosed with anything, as I haven't been to the hospital for this problem, and I haven't had a checkup/doctor visit in over 5 years.

Recently (about the last year) I have been having problems with my feet, particularly my right foot. The 3 outer toes have been getting some blister-like sores, while first appearing skin-colored and itchy, they quickly turn to dark red and quite painful to the touch. I should also mention that some of them are above skin, and appear blister like, and others tend to be hard lumps underneath the skin and hardly visible, but still painful to pressure. Also, the outer 3 toes on my right foot are purple almost to the point of being considered black and are very, very cold and somewhat numb. (The size of the bumps range from 1mm to about 5mm in diameter)

Lately (the last week) I've been getting red bumps on my fingers, some in-between the 2nd and 3rd joint, but mostly at the finger tips/around the nail. They appear red in color and are BENEATH the skins surface. They are quite painful to the touch and appear red, while others aren't visible except for the pain when touched. (some are not raised at all, while others are). My fingers also get quite cold on my right hand, but are not purple as my toes are. My fingers also are numb at times, especially the fingertips. (The size of the bumps also range from 1mm to about 5mm in diameter)

I'm clueless to what it could be, and it's really starting to worry me. Does anyone have any clue what this could possibly be? I know this wont suffice for a medical examination, I just want to know if should be worried or not.

Thanks for any and all insight.
