I had surgery for a ulnar nerve problem in Oct and a chest xray was done so know my lungs are fine...no COPD or fluid, nothing, but am having a cough, sounds wet and deep most times....and only happens off and on. Not a dry hacky smokers cough. Makes me wonder if its caused from a prescription am taking or something else. I take aciphex for reflux which a few years ago actually caused me to have bronchial spasms cutting off my airway making me feel like not getting enough air. Several years ago I even had my vocal chords scraped due to reflux caused by sinus drainage and reflux.....but this cough is bugging me.
I work for a doctor and he hears me but he says nothing.
