  • Could be allergies that you're not aware of? I'm having to use Afrin nosespray almost every other day. It's been like this for 2-3yrs! I know this can't be good to do. Didn't have any problems until I found out that the construction of houses nearby was picking up allergy particles which in turn blew towards my house causing my nose to go out of whack. Haven't been the same since. Some days are worse than others. Might also have ENT doctor check out your sinus. Hope this helps & good luck!
