For the last couple of weeks, I've been feeling a strange sensation - it's right in the center of my chest. It feels like a pulsing sensation. It's a feeling I associate with increased stress levels, normally, but normally it happens just with extreme stress. Lately it seems like it comes on with every tiny, even slightly-stressful thought (like, "oh, I haven't thought about what to fix for dinner" or "gee, I forgot to get the mail") - nothing major at all. Therefore, it seems like I have the symptom the majority of the day! I'm assuming it IS stress-related, but wanted to see if anyone else had any input.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
