During a comprehensive physical examiniation, my husband had a spirometry and diffusion capacity test. Normal OVERALL, but low FEV1/FVC, MMEF, FEF 25-75. He is 53 years old, 72", 182 lbs, caucasian.

FVC 130% predicted
FEV1 110% predicted
FEV1/FVC 68% predicted
MMEF 71 71% predicted
PEF 114% predicted
MVV 115% predicted

DLCO 112% predicted

FEF25-75 73% predicted

What would cause these lower values? Thanks.
