Hi, guys i am new to this forum well i am 20 i have been a smoker for about over an year maybe 1 year and 9 months, i quit smoking all of sudden because about a month ago i was smoking outside and it felt like i couldnt breathe. But now i cant even go out because i am afraid that i cant breathe, i had some panic attacks while i was outside once and i feel like i cant breathe it really *****s me off i went to my doctor i used to take AD pills so i went back to AD pills & he gave me "Diphenhist" that i have to take in my bedtime. Thanks any help please :(
